Influencer Hub respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, you can submit a takedown notice and we will respond promptly.

1. How to send a takedown notice

Email dmca@influencer-hub.info with the following information: • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. • Identification of the material that you claim is infringing (URL or screenshot is best). • Your contact information (name, address, phone, email). • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised. • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf. • Your physical or electronic signature.

2. What we do with it

We aim to acknowledge takedown notices within 24 hours and act on them within 7 business days. If we remove content, we will notify the user who posted it and give them an opportunity to file a counter-notice.

3. Counter-notices

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@influencer-hub.info containing the same elements as a takedown notice plus a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.

4. Repeat infringers

Accounts that receive multiple substantiated takedown notices may be suspended or terminated.
