Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Influencer Hub, Inc. collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the Platform. We respect your privacy and only collect data we genuinely need to operate the marketplace.
1. What we collect
Account data: name, email, password hash (or OAuth identifier), role (Creator / Brand), profile content you provide. Marketplace data: listings, orders, briefs, messages, reviews, payout details. Usage data: IP, browser, pages visited, basic interaction events. Used for analytics and abuse detection only.
2. How we use it
To operate the marketplace (matching brands and creators, processing orders, sending notifications), to comply with legal obligations (tax forms via Stripe, FTC disclosure compliance), to improve the Platform, and to communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal data. We do not show third-party advertising on the Platform.
3. Who we share it with
Stripe (payments + KYC + tax forms), Resend (transactional email), our hosting provider (Coolify-managed servers in the EU), and analytics tools we may add in the future. Each subprocessor is bound by data-processing agreements where applicable. We may share data when required by law, when investigating fraud, or with your express consent.
4. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@influencer-hub.info. We respond within 30 days. GDPR/EU users can lodge a complaint with their local data-protection authority.
5. Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 5 years after closure (for tax and dispute purposes). Order, message and review data is retained for 7 years to satisfy financial reporting obligations.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. We do not store full payment card data — Stripe handles all card processing.
7. Children
Influencer Hub is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes
We will notify you by email and via the Platform of any material changes to this Policy.
