Brand funds are held by Influencer Hub until delivery is approved. If the brief isn't met, the brand can request revisions or a full refund. Creators are paid the same day the brand approves.

Pricing questions, answered

  • Is there a subscription for brands?

    No. Brands pay zero subscription fees. You pay only the price the creator listed, plus standard payment processing (≈3% Stripe fee, included in the price you see).

  • Why 10% from creators and not from brands?

    Brands set the budget; creators set the rate. Charging the creator side keeps the brand-facing price transparent and matches industry norms (Pearpop, Collabstr take 15–20%; we're below average).

  • What if a delivery doesn't match the brief?

    Funds are held in escrow until you approve. You can request revisions (most listings include 1–2 free) or request a refund through our dispute resolution. Mediation within 3 business days.

  • When do creators actually get paid?

    The same day a brand approves a delivery. Funds land in the creator's Stripe Connect Express account, then transfer to their bank within 1–2 business days (instant payout available for a 1.5% fee paid by the creator).

  • Are there enterprise plans?

    Not yet — we want to nail single-creator bookings first. Multi-creator campaigns and team accounts are on our roadmap; ping us via /contact if you have a specific need.
